RICHARD CLEMENSON: ARCHITECT, BUILDER
Rick Clemenson graduated from Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-ARC) in 1974 with a B.A. in architecture.
Mr. Clemenson has been directly involved in commercial, interior and housing projects since 1977. His expertise includes design and design development through project administration, construction management and forensic architecture. In 1982 he joined Reback Design Associates, an interior design firm. While there, he concentrated on commercial, interior and special projects as Vice President of Architecture. Some of Mr. Clemenson’s clients were KIIS-FM, Crane Realty, New World Pictures, Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Co. and Cassa Development.
In 1985, Mr. Clemenson founded Richard Clemenson Associates, specializing in the design and construction of housing, medical, corporate interior and commercial building projects. Since then he not only designed the projects, but managed their construction.
