At once vibrant and restrained, the Marusak Residence explores the interplay of color, form, and light within a modern architectural framework. Designed by Rick Clemenson, the home’s white stucco volumes are punctuated by bold color accents — deep plum, cobalt blue, and warm wood tones — evoking a contemporary reinterpretation of Mediterranean modernism.
Organized around a central pool courtyard, the residence weaves interior and exterior living into one continuous experience. Large windows and terraces open onto the water’s edge, while interior spaces are bathed in soft, reflected light. Inside, sculptural stairways, a curved kitchen bar, and hand-finished textures lend a crafted intimacy to the modern form. The home feels personal and expressive — a confident study in how color and geometry can coexist in perfect harmony.
